How can I complete my order?
Order completion process is simple with Jollee app. You can simply add products to your cart, provide your personal details like complete delivery address , contact number, etc and opt for your preferred mode of payment for the total bill to complete your order.
Is the COD option available?
Yes, we do offer a COD option.
Does selecting COD impact the delivery time?
No, it doesn’t. The estimated delivery time taken remains unimpacted irrespective of the customer opting for a COD feature.
Any minimum order value required to opt for COD?
No, we don’t have a minimum order value requirement for customers to opt for COD for their orders.
What are the various modes of payment on the app?
Customers can opt for multiple payment modes: COD, UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc
How can I know if a product is back in stock?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused! However, you can choose to wishlist the product which is currently out of stock and we will notify you on your registered email address when the product is back in stock.
Can I create multiple profiles on the app?
Yes, you can create multiple profiles on the app.
Is there any cap on the number of profiles?
No, there isn’t any cap on the number of profiles that can be added on a single account.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
Our ideal delivery time is a maximum of 7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We aim to speed up our delivery time and enhance your shopping experience with us, however, there might be a chance of unexpected delays in your order delivery due to reasons beyond our control for which Jollee is not responsible and would request its users to cooperate while we try to figure out the best possible resolution.
What is the ideal time taken for product returns?
The ideal time required for making a return request is within 7 days of order delivery. With us you can easily return your orders within a specified period without any hassle. However, for successfully placing a return request for your order/s you will need to ensure the following conditions are met: The return request for an order needs to be placed within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of its delivery. The product needs to be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers will have to take adequate measures to ensure the product is unused and free from any damage. Each of our products are shipped with tags. Preserving tags on a product is important for initiating a successful return request. You will also need to return free product/s (if any) received along with the product/s you wish to return. Intimate products like diapers and underwears are not eligible for returns. Please make sure to order the right size and read through the product details before making a purchase in case of such orders. Please ensure that products like toys with unopened packing are the ones you can request a return for. Products with broken seals will not qualify for returns. Returns for products are ineligible where their warranty card is missing. We also let you opt for partial/whole returns of product/s in case of bundle shopping. Product return with us is super-quick and simple. You can initiate the return request by selecting your order for return and clicking the Return option. Our dedicated customer engagement team will take your return request forward at the earliest and get the job done on a real-time basis. You can easily track the return status of your order/s and learn about the refund processing against your returns on our Website/App. And yes, you can even opt for a product exchange against your returned order if you don’t wish to get the amount refunded back to your account. You can even let us know the reason for a return request of a particular product. This will help us in enriching your shopping experience with us in the future.
How long will it take for the refunds?
You can expect a refund after the product is successfully picked up and approved for returns. Our refunds policy is simple. You pay only for what you keep and get the refund for returns in case you don’t wish to opt for a product exchange against product returns. You can expect the refund process to get initiated as soon as the returned product qualifies our mandatory quality checks and other verification rounds. To know more refer to our below-provided refunds policy guidelines: Refunds are only eligible for products that qualify our return policy requirements and are successfully picked up for further verification. The process of refunds gets initiated after the return process is successfully completed. For authentication purposes, you will be required to provide a one-time password received on your registered email address and phone number to initiate a return and refund request on your order/s. Your refund amount against a product return will be sent back to the same bank account with which you have made the payment against the order in question. Payments made through wallet gateways like Mobikwik, CashKaro, Paytm, etc., the amount shall be refunded to your original mode of payment. However, you can make alterations to this option and get a refund in your choice of bank account. In case of COD, you can get the amount refunded to your choice of bank account. All you have to do is add your bank details and relax while our back-end team does the needful. Refunds might take around 5 to 7 business days from the date of successful completion of our return process. Our refunds policy is conveniently designed to enhance our customer experience. What are the conditions for return/exchange?
Following are the conditions for return/exchange: Received defective/damaged item. Received wrong item. Issues with the product's size/fit/colour/material/quality.
Can I return my order after 7 days of order delivery?
No, the option to return an order is available only within 7 days of order delivery. Once the 7 days from the date of order delivery are crossed, we will mark your order as successfully completed and hence, the order cannot be returned.
Can I opt for the refund in my bank account?
Yes, you can opt for a refund in your bank account. All you need to do is select the bank account option and provide your bank account details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. However, the option to cancel your order is only available prior to the start of the shipment process. In case, the shipment process has already started, the option to cancel your order will be uplifted.
Can I edit my address details after order confirmation?
Yes, you can edit your personal information for order delivery prior to the initiation of the shipment process. You can simply tap on your recent orders and click on change for making changes to your personal information. If in case of any issues, you can connect with our customer service team and request for their support in editing your personal information on the order.
Can I opt for a exchange if I have size/fit issues?
Yes, you can opt for our product exchange option if in case, there are size or fitting issues. Our replacement and exchange policy is easy and customer-friendly. You can simply opt for a product replacement and exchange for reasons like disparity in fittings, size, colour, quality, etc. Do’s and don'ts’ of our exchange policy Please make sure to opt for a product’s replacement and exchange within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of product delivery. The product will become ineligible for return once the time limit of 7 days is exceeded. If the product you wish to get as a replacement is out of stock then you will need to either look for another product or route towards payment refund option. Products that are ineligible for returns won’t qualify for replacement or exchange either. You will need to ensure that the product is returned in its original packing. Please refrain from damaging or using the product and getting its tag removed if you wish to return it successfully and opt for a replacement or an exchange against the same product. Your replacement or exchange product shall be shipped to your address once the product returned qualifies our various stages of quality checks. You can track the status of your returns and delivery of the exchange/replacement order on the My Order page. Kindly handover any gifts you received along with the product you wish to return and exchange. Failure to do so can result in nullifying your return and replacement/refund request. You can simply tap on My Orders and select the product you wish to return from your list of orders and then click on Return and Replacement for initiating the process for exchange/replacement of the product in question. Can I pay via debit/credit card or UPI if I opt for COD?
Yes, you can pay via net banking, UPI, cash, and debit/credit cards to complete your COD payments.
What is the minimum order value for free shipping?
You can avail a free shipping option on orders with a minimum order value of INR 599.
I see different prices for the same product. Is it an error?
No, it is not an error. Jollee is a unique shopping platform that enables independent sellers to display their products at a single place. The prices are solely determined by the sellers, and Jollee does not interfere in the same.
When can I expect the product to be picked up for return?
The product will be picked anywhere between a maximum time span of 4 to 7 days. The number of days taken for the order pick up solely depends on the logistic team. We will notify you as and whenever your product return can be picked up.

How do I check if Jollee delivers to my PIN Code?
You can tap on “Check Delivery options” and provide your area PIN code in the respective field to check if your PIN code qualifies for the order delivery. We frequently update the PIN codes serviced by us, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code at the moment, please come back and check to see if this has changed.
How can I create an account on Jollee?
You can create an account on Jollee by clicking on the Sign up option and providing your personal details like full name, contact number, email address, etc.

You can tap on the forgot password on the Jollee app and mention your number on the next screen for receiving an OTP. Enter the OTP on the requested field and add a new password to retrieve your account on the Jollee app.
Do I need to provide my email id for signup?
Providing an email is not mandatory to create an account on the app. However, we still recommend adding your email to your account as it will allow you to easily reset your password if you need to.
